Creativity has always been a part of my life. My journey began as a little girl, watching my maternal grandmother create endless beautiful things with her hands—intricate beaded pieces, wreaths, and cozy blankets. My mother was equally as creative; everything she touched turned to gold. As a teenager, my sister and I launched a small beaded wrap bracelet business, selling to local boutiques. Some of my favorite memories are the trips my mother and I would take to New York City’s bead district, searching for treasures and inspiration.
